"I have spent the last six winters at ZRR and plan on continuing making this my winter haven until I can no longer be a full timer. This is a great park with reasonable rates and excellent facilities and a friendly and cooperative staff. It has numerous activities and an active and friendly snow bird group. The scenery is spectacular and the winters are mild and filled with sunshine. It is located near many national and state parks and has vast areas to hike and make daily trips. This is one of the very best parks I have been in during my twelve years of full timing."
